Chapter 5 - the Natural Hazards Hearing
Here is the time table for Chapter 5. Of interest to us will be the draft of rules around permitted activity on 21 March and Modelling and Evidence May 2. We believe new evidence means we will have a chance to submit rebuttal evidence and re-cross.
Final statements will now not be required until sometime after May 2. Keep a look out for the Supplimentary Evidence and Minutes with directions around that on March 21.
